We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you find yourself unable to attend after making a payment, please notify us as soon as possible.
While we cannot offer refunds, we can potentially reschedule your attendance for a future event, depending on availability.
Provided you give us at least 7 days notice your booking can be changed. You can do this by contacting us. You will be issued with a coupon credit which can be used to purchase a future event.
If you can’t come or want to cancel attending, please let us know by prior. It’s kinder to those that can still make it and we can prepare accordingly to enable us add more people to the event.
